The Fegda Group’s internal conference is not only an opportunity for everyone to come together, but also a platform where we reveal our strengths.
This year, we were especially looking forward to our colleagues’ stories about the work at the objects – presentations that unite everyone and remind us of what significant projects we are implementing together. These are moments when engineers, who prefer to build roads and bridges rather than speak in an audience, inspire us all with their stories. Their courage and sincerity remind us that every project – from strategic objects to the smallest details – is the result of joint work.
At the conference, we joked about whether artificial intelligence can change us. In fact, however, it is increasingly becoming a helper in our activities, capable of helping us to further optimize processes and solve various tasks.
The statements of our leaders inspired us to take on challenges with courage, because it is precisely the ability to solve extraordinary situations that sets us apart. Days like this not only reinforce the knowledge that we are one strong team, but also help us understand how much we can achieve together.
One of the most beautiful thoughts I heard was the wish to “continue to shine”. We give meaning to the name of the North Star not only in our work, but also in our daily team spirit.
