The Valakampiai Bridge over the Neris River became an important link between the Valakampiai and Žirmūnai districts, enabling faster development of Vilnius city. The six-span box-type reinforced concrete structure ensured the bridge’s strength and durability. This bridge not only improved transportation connections within the city but also contributed to the development of new urban areas.
